Alternating earthtones of mocha, tan, pebble-brown and oatmeal lend this friendly striped fabric a compelling emotional warmth, like the subdued charm of a sandy river beach buffeted by a copse of young trees. The hammock body is stitched from two layers of all-weather, cottony-soft synthetic fabric around a pillowy center of polyester fiberfill batting, with the top layer woven from our own DuraCord threads to be not only weather-tough and wonderfully soft, but also exceedingly colorfast. The spreader bars are richly grained South American cumaru, among the hardest, handsomest woods on Earth.
In short, our Rio Birch Large Quilted Hammock is as tough against the elements as it is elemental in design.
